Staff
The Europe Office WAGGGS is based in Brussels, Belgium. The team consists of: the Regional director, three Development executives, a Communications and Office administrator, a part-time Development Supportl assistant and a part-time Financial assistant.
The Europe Office team implements the decisions taken at the European Conference and the Europe Committee meetings, and assists the Committee to develop programmes and policies to fulfill WAGGGS’ mission. To contact a member of the Europe Office, click on their name.
Penelope Cooper - Regional director
Penelope is responsible for the general management of the Europe Office WAGGGS and ensuring the implementation of the Region’s Strategic Plan. She is also responsible for the development of quality Girl Guiding/Girl Scouting in Europe, also liaising with the WAGGGS World Bureau in London.

Paola Cervo – Development executive
Paola supports the development of associations including the accreditation of their training schemes and mentoring. She is also responsible for managing seminars organized by the Region. 
Elisa Chiodi – Development executive
Elisa, like Paola, supports the development of associations including accreditation of their training schemes and mentoring. She is also responsible for managing seminars organized by the Region.
Rosemary Hindle – Development executive (External Relations)
Rosemary is responsible for co-ordinating the External Relations of the Europe Region WAGGGS, and liaising with the Region’s external partners such as the European Youth Forum and the European Institutions. She is also responsible for organizing the annual Network meeting for Guide and Scout Representatives (with the European Scout Region) and supporting members of the Advocacy Group.

Jeannette Umit - Communications and Office administrator
Jeannette is responsible for the production of internal communication tools such as Europak and seminar and meeting reports as well as updating the Europe Region micro-site. She is also responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the computer networks in the office and for the general office administration.
Angelique (Angel) Lemmens - Development Support
Angel works part time, Monday to Friday, in support of the Developement Executives with the administrative tasks in organising events.

Cécile Grebet - Financial assistant
Cécile works part time, Monday to Friday, in charge of the day to day accounting for the Europe Office.
