Facilitators explore WAGGGS Leadership Development Programme

During the five day event, the facilitators discussed the programme of leadership and personal development for young women, leaders and members of WAGGGS all over the world. Through experiences, narrative storytelling, games and exercises, the facilitators explored different methods of learning. The group has valuable experience and knowledge to enrich their learning as well as the programme.

This event is one of many planned to focus on building capacity/leadership development for the Association at both regional and World Centres level.

The WLDP will be officially launched at the World Conference in July and innovative facilitation is a key component of the programme.
