15th Joint Network Meeting for Guide and Scout Representatives to National Youth Councils

Bucharest, Romania is the venue for the 15^th Network Meeting for Guide and Scout Representatives to National Youth Councils taking place this year between 17-19^th December.  The European Year of Volunteering, which begins in 2011, will again be a topic for discussion, but the meeting will also be an opportunity to get updated on European youth policy and what it means for Guiding and Scouting; and gather ideas and share experiences of representing Guiding and Scouting in national youth platforms.
